Good band = For the most part , has good songs

To me a song cannot be good w/o some kind of hook, and if it has no hook... it better be really awesome on the instruments

good guitarist= teh arpeggios at 400 bpm followed by some dive bombs finished with a clean lick channeled through a phaser!
