When a band who screams writes a no scream song ,

Their fans go crazy and go all like "ZOMG WTFUXX ARE YOU GUYS DOIN"

I'd just like to say : @#$% those people , @#$% screaming... it is NOT better than singing... and anyone who thinks otherwise is psychotic

Atreyu has 508364387 people a day bashing them on their myspace because ONE new song has minimal screaming in it.. its like.. STFU one song is not an entire album!

Trivium , got hell from fans when they switched to singing and stopped doing screaming... and personally I can't even listen to triviums 1st two CDs.... their screaming is bad

I beleive theres a such thing as GOOD screams and BAD screams... trivium never screamed good imo...

Alexi Laiho... now THAT is GOOD screaming... it doesn't RUIN the music like it does to some bands

though there are some exceptions... for example i would take screaming avenged sevenfold over some of these bands today that sing

At The Drive In. Cedric Bixler is one of the best screamers EVAR.

a good example is shadows fall. on their new cd they don't really scream at all, so they probably made most of their fans really mad. also, atreyu's songs where brandon sings are a lot better

yeah.. and their new CD and the one before it are BETTER than when they screamed out the ass.....

However I AM dissapointed with atreyus new CD so far but not due to a lack of screaming... the general song structures just sound like crap compared to their older songs (Becoming the bull is made well though) and brandons choruses in 3 of the 4 new songs I heard aren't very strong

the only song i've heard off of the first cd was the crimson (it was ok), but a death-grip on yesterday is one of my favorite cds
