***The Ultimate Guitar Hero/RockBand Competition***

Maximedia Studios, the premier recording studio and concert venue facility in the DFW metroplex, announced their “Ultimate Guitar Hero / RockBand Contest”, to be held on Sat., July 12, 2008 at Maximedia’s The Max venue. The event, co-sponsored by Harmonix, Activision, GameStop and Starpower, will feature contestants vying for the title of Guitar Hero and Rock Band Champion set in a live concert environment with professional sound and lighting. Rock out the hardest and win cash and other prizes. There will be 2 events – an all ages Guitar Hero and RockBand day event held from 10am-5pm, and an 18 years and up RockBand night event held from 7pm-10pm.
