PostSubject: Stevo's Top 10 70s Songs   Sun Aug 19, 2007 4:15 pm

1. Sex Pistols-Anarchy in the UK
The 70s was the birth to punk and this is one of the well known punk songs of the 70s. With Johnny Rotten's Lyrics and 2 easy epic solos. This even caused Megadeth to make "Anarchy in the USA" but it would never beat the Sex Pistols' original UK Hit.

2. Alice Cooper-School's Out
This is one of the World's Well Known Cooper Songs and is still popular today

3. The Clash-London Calling
The Clash are very known with early punk songs and this is one of the best from them

4. Thin Lizzy-The Boys Are Back in Town
One of Europe's well known songs of the 70s and is still known and heard by ppl

5. AC/DC-Whole Lotta Rosie
One of the best AC/DC of the 70s and Bon Scott Era with the quick + long riffs and solos

6. Van Halen-Ain't Talkin Bout Love
This is one of the best Van Halen from their debut album

7. Queen-Stone Cold Crazy
This song shows an example of the crazy solo that bands have made in the 70s

8. Status Quo-Rockin All The Over The World
Best Song from this band who never ever been mentioned a lot in the USA but are very popular with UK and Europe

9. Slade-Mama Weer All Crazee Now
This has to be Slade's best 70s song and shows that they are one of the best glam bands

10. UFO-Rock Bottom
This has one of the best metal riffs of the 70s and very long and epic
