lol. i like how you put stevie wonder next to lamb of god. The list is good but you should pick someone other than Ritchie blackmore. maybe Micheal Schenker. Besides your list is waaaaaaaay too long after a while it just seems like an unorganized mess.

Okay, just one question. How the hell does Moonage Daydream get that high? It's a superb song but I can admit that Mick Ronson could or should I say would've never been able to beat Yngwie Malmsteen. That's really hard for me to admit because I'm one of the biggest Ronno fans.

Yngwie's technical, but that fact that Mick ROCKS harder automatically makes his badass solo harder santa

Just look at it this way:

Trilogy Suite > Misirlou.
Moonage Daydream > Institutionalized.

I don't care that Mick is more awesome...Also when have people started to actually notice Ronno? Has my raving over him finally gotten to people.

Either way it should be based on difficulty not whether the song is cooler in general.

Moonage Daydream would be harder. Don't you get it? It doesn't take a genius to alternate strum two notes on every fret for 5 minutes. But it takes a genius to shred through some strange-rhythm'd, awesomly-phrased Ronno phrased santa

Dude, Trilogy Suite has ARPEGGIOS, and they're really fast. Do you suggest just double strumming those and expecting your left hand to catch up. As for Moonage Daydream all you have to do is pay attention. Besides, when you know the song like you know...hmm, hand isn't a good one because I don't know the details to that...ah, that works despite being creepy. When you know the song like you know your penis then it might as well be first tier. Besides, Moonage Daydream for the most part is just strummed light acoustic until that solo.
