On the rock band forum I posted something about power metal and theres a dumbass who said every band I listed sucks , then I asked him if he even knew the others... he said sonata arctica sucked... but he said nothing of the others. and on top of that he probably listened to like... ONE song by them



Like ... ok? so if 1 band in a genre is dislikable to you you should hate the whole genre? wtf?

Sister:Punk , pop punk(aka emosaurus rex mentioned before)

Nobody in my family has 1 crum of respect for rap including me

That IS ignorant. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean other people do. I'm not a fan either, but I will not go so far to call it "gay." I don't like country music either, or death metal. Does it mean these people aren't talented? No. It just means they don't fit your tastes.

And again, just because none of your family listens to rap makes it bad. My family doesn't listen to HALF the music I listen to.

Rule Number 1: Don't bash a band before you listen to them. (And by that, I mean more than one song.)

Rule Number 2: EVERY band/genre has to have at least one good song.
